Olivaro supplement facts: the label panel, read row by row
The Olivaro supplement facts panel prints a 1 mL serving size, 30 servings per container, chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the Daily Value, and a proprietary blend of 200 mg. The panel lists the blend's 22 ingredients but prints no individual amount for any of them.

The panel
What are the Olivaro supplement facts?
The Olivaro panel has four printed numbers: a 1 mL serving, 30 servings per container, chromium at 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg blend.
A 30 mL bottle at 1 mL a serving gives 30 servings, so the panel agrees with the bottle. If you took one 1 mL serving a day, that would be 30 days. The directions say 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and the dropper volume is not printed, so we cannot work out how many days a bottle lasts at that rate (Olivaro label).

Word for word
What does the Olivaro label panel say?
It prints a serving size, servings per container, one chromium row and one blend row, and the table after the image sets each one out.
The panel is the part of the label that is most useful for comparing and the part that is easiest to misread. It follows FDA's labeling guide, including the dagger note for a Daily Value that has not been established (FDA supplement labeling guide).

Row by row
How do you read each row of the Olivaro supplement facts?
Read each row as an amount, a unit and a percent Daily Value, and check the arithmetic yourself.
| Row | Printed | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size | 1 mL | 30 mL divided by 1 mL = 30 servings |
| Servings per container | 30 | Matches the 30 mL bottle |
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg, 2% DV | 0.7 mcg = 0.0007 mg; 0.7 divided by 0.02 = 35 mcg, the adult Daily Value |
| Proprietary Blend | 200 mg, † Daily Value not established | 22 names; no individual amount printed |
| If the 22 were equal | Not printed | 200 mg divided by 22 = about 9.1 mg each, but the label does not say they are equal |
NIH gives 35 mcg as the Daily Value for chromium, and says the effect of chromium on glucose is unclear (NIH ODS, Chromium). The blend's total is declared as the rule requires, but the rule does not require separate amounts (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends). See the proprietary blend page.
Beyond the panel
What else does the Olivaro label print?
Beyond the panel, the label prints the directions, storage advice, a caution, an origin line and the name of the distributor.
- Directions: “Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow.”
- Storage: “Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.” and “Store in a cool, dry place.”
- Caution: “Do not exceed recommended dose.” Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a known medical condition should consult a physician first.
- Distributor: Instituto Experience. The label image prints no address, phone or email for it.
- Origin and facility lines: the label prints “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients” and “manufactured in an FDA registered facility”. We did not verify either line, and FDA does not approve dietary supplements (FDA 101 supplements).

What does the Olivaro label print, and what does it leave out?
It prints a serving size, a chromium amount and a blend total, and it leaves out the amount of each blend ingredient, the dropper volume and any lab report.
The checklist below sorts the label into what is printed and what is missing. Lot O-26/OL-2915 and CoA O-2915-26-OL are seller references, not lab proof, and no lab report is published.

Front claims
What do the claims on the Olivaro label mean?
They are marketing lines, and the star after each one leads to an FDA statement that says they have not been evaluated.
The front prints “Balanced Blood Sugar Advanced Support*” and three icon claims: “Fasting Blood Sugar Health Support*”, “Clean Ingredients*” and “Balanced Form System*”. The statement reads: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” A supplement may describe an effect on the body's structure or function with that disclaimer, and naming a disease would make it a drug claim (FDA structure/function claims).
We found no study that tested any of these lines on this liquid. The 2026 ADA Standards of Care do not recommend herbs or micronutrients for glycemic benefit, citing insufficient evidence (ADA 2026, Standards of Care, supplements). The panel also lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and xylitol, and the label gives no meaning for “Clean Ingredients*”.
Before you take it
What should you check before relying on the Olivaro label?
Check it against your own medicine list, because the panel cannot tell you how any ingredient acts with a medicine.
If you take insulin or diabetes pills, ask a clinician or pharmacist before adding any supplement, and never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of one. Ask also if you take blood pressure, blood thinner or heart-rhythm medicines or have liver disease. Signs of severe low blood sugar (confusion, fainting, seizure), chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911. Xylitol, an other ingredient, is dangerous for dogs, so keep the bottle away from pets.
FAQ
Olivaro supplement facts: common questions
What is the serving size of Olivaro?
The serving size is 1 mL, and the panel lists 30 servings per container. The label also says to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, but it does not print how many mL a dropper holds.
How much chromium is in Olivaro?
The label prints chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the Daily Value. The check is 0.7 divided by 35 mcg, the adult Daily Value. It is the only named ingredient with its own printed amount.
What does the dagger mean on the Olivaro panel?
The dagger marks the blend's Daily Value as not established. It means no percent Daily Value exists for the 200 mg blend, not that the blend has none. The star on the claims leads to the FDA statement.
Does the Olivaro label list its sugar or calories?
The panel prints neither; its rows are the serving size, servings, chromium and the blend. The other ingredients include stevia extract and xylitol. The label does not say how much of either a serving holds.
Who distributes Olivaro?
The label prints Distributed by: Instituto Experience, and gives no address, phone or email for it. This site belongs to a USA authorized retailer, not the maker. Its own order desk details appear on the contact page.
Is there a lab report for Olivaro?
We found none published. The lot O-26/OL-2915 and CoA O-2915-26-OL are seller references, not lab proof. Treat any claim of testing as unverified until a report can be read.
