Each total is the price per bottle times the number of bottles: 79 x 2 = $158, 69 x 3 = $207 and 49 x 6 = $294.
The bigger packs lower the price per bottle. Going from 2 to 3 bottles cuts $10 a bottle (79 - 69 = 10), and going from 3 to 6 cuts another $20 (69 - 49 = 20). If the same 3 bottles were priced at $79 each they would cost 3 x 79 = $237, so the 3-bottle pack is $30 less (237 - 207 = 30). The math: a 30 mL bottle holds 30 servings of 1 mL, so 2 bottles hold 60, 3 hold 90 and 6 hold 180. Then $158 / 60 is about $2.63, $207 / 90 is about $2.30 and $294 / 180 is about $1.63.
