Frequently asked questions
Olivaro questions: what it is, what is in it, whether it is safe and how to order
Olivaro is a liquid dietary supplement in a 30 mL dropper bottle: 1 mL a serving, 30 servings, chromium 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients with no individual amounts. No trial tested it, and we cannot call it safe or unsafe. Ask a clinician or pharmacist first, and order through the seller's checkout.

The basics
What is Olivaro, and who sells it?
No question matches. Try another word.
Olivaro is a dietary supplement sold as a liquid with a dropper, and a USA authorized retailer sells it through a checkout.
The answers below come from the label and from the sources we list. Type a word in the box to filter every group at once. Where we found nothing, we say so.
What kind of product is Olivaro?
Olivaro is a dietary supplement sold as a liquid with a dropper, in a 30 mL (1 FL OZ) bottle. The wrap says "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT". It is not a drug, and it is not a treatment for diabetes, prediabetes or any disease.
Is Olivaro a capsule, a pill or a gummy?
No. It is a liquid that you place in the mouth and swallow from a dropper. The label gives a 1 mL serving and 30 servings per container. A page that describes capsules or gummies under this name is describing something else.
Is there olive in Olivaro?
The name suggests olive, but the panel lists no olive leaf, olive fruit or olive extract. We state no olive amount or olive benefit.
Who makes Olivaro?
The label does not name the manufacturer. It prints "Distributed by: Instituto Experience" and no address, phone or email for that company. It also prints "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients". We did not verify that line.
Is Olivaro a diabetes medicine?
No. It is a dietary supplement, and the label says it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask your clinician or pharmacist before you add any supplement to insulin or diabetes pills.
Does this site cover other things called Olivaro?
No. We cover only the Olivaro liquid supplement shown on this label. A person, place, event or meaning with a similar name is outside this site, and we found no source that links any of them to this bottle.
The label
What is on the Olivaro label?
The label prints a 1 mL serving, 30 servings per container, one chromium row with its own amount and one blend row with a single total (Olivaro label).
The table adds up what is printed. The questions after it explain what the numbers do and do not tell you.
| Row as printed | Amount | Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg (0.0007 mg) | 2% (0.7 / 35) |
| Proprietary Blend, 22 ingredients | 200 mg in all | Not established (†) |
| Each blend ingredient | Not printed | Not printed |
What are the Olivaro ingredients?
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, and a Proprietary Blend of 22 ingredients that totals 200 mg. The other ingredients are glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.
What is a proprietary blend?
It is a list of ingredients under one total weight. FDA's rule says the blend states its total and lists ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends). It does not require an amount for each, so the label cannot show whether any one is near a studied dose.
How much of each blend ingredient is in a serving?
The label does not say. Shared equally, 200 mg across 22 ingredients would be about 9.1 mg each (200 / 22), but the label does not say they are equal. The most any one can hold is the whole 200 mg.
Is 0.7 mcg of chromium a lot?
It is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value (0.7 / 35) (NIH ODS, Chromium). NIH says the effect of chromium on glucose is unclear. That 35 mcg is a reference level for nutrition, not a dose used in the diabetes trials.
Which ingredients have caffeine?
Guarana seed and green tea leaf are caffeine sources, and both are in the blend. The label prints no caffeine amount. Guarana seeds hold up to 6% caffeine (Schimpl 2013, guarana review). FDA's 400 mg a day for most healthy adults is a reference level, not a dose in the bottle (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine).
Does the label contain sweeteners?
Yes. The other ingredients list stevia extract 97% (Reb A) and xylitol. We found no source on how xylitol affects people's stomachs, and we make no claim about it. Xylitol is toxic to dogs, so keep the bottle away from pets.
What does "Clean Ingredients*" mean?
The label gives it no definition. The same panel lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, xylitol and natural flavors, and no test report is on file. We quote the phrase as the label's own words and do not use it to describe the formula.
The evidence
What do studies say about Olivaro?
No study tested Olivaro. The studies we read tested single ingredients, in other forms, usually at far larger amounts than the label allows.
The front prints “Balanced Blood Sugar Advanced Support*”, and the star leads to the FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated. We tested the claim lines against the sources and found nothing that shows this liquid changes blood sugar, A1C or weight.
Has Olivaro been tested in a clinical trial?
We found no trial of Olivaro or of this 22-ingredient blend. Studies of single ingredients exist, in other forms and at other amounts. The label gives no per-ingredient amount, so none can be matched to the bottle.
Does Olivaro lower blood sugar?
We found no study that shows it does, and the label makes no claim that it treats diabetes. ADA's 2026 Standards of Care say herbs and micronutrients are not recommended for glycemic benefit, with insufficient evidence for chromium (ADA 2026, Standards of Care, supplements).
What does chromium research show?
A meta-analysis of 10 trials with 509 people who had type 2 diabetes found lower HbA1c but no change in fasting glucose (Zhao 2022, chromium type 2 diabetes meta). The abstract gives no doses. The label's 0.7 mcg is 2% of a Daily Value, and no trial tested Olivaro.
What about gymnema, green tea and ginseng?
Gymnema studies were before-and-after designs with very high variation (Devangan 2021, gymnema type 2 diabetes meta). Six green tea trials with 382 people found no difference in HbA1c or fasting glucose (Yu 2017, green tea glycemic meta). Sixteen ginseng trials found fasting glucose 0.31 mmol/L lower, with no HbA1c change (Shishtar 2014, ginseng glycemic meta).
Do the weight-loss ingredients work?
The blend carries African mango, coleus, capsicum and raspberry ketones. A review of five African mango trials, four at high risk of bias, looked at weight (Lee 2020, Irvingia seed extract review). Raspberry ketone evidence is from mice (Morimoto 2005, raspberry ketone mice). No study tested Olivaro, and we make no weight claim.
Does the FDA approve or check Olivaro?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA 101 supplements). The wrap prints "manufactured in an FDA registered facility", a line we could not verify. The star on the front claims leads to the FDA statement that they have not been evaluated.
Safety
Is Olivaro safe, and who should ask a clinician first?
We cannot call Olivaro safe or unsafe, because no safety study of this liquid exists. We can list what the label and the sources say.
The label says pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a known medical condition should consult a physician first. Anyone who takes insulin or diabetes medicine should ask a clinician or pharmacist before adding any supplement.
Never stop or change a medicine because of a supplement. Severe low blood sugar (confusion, fainting, seizure), chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.
Is Olivaro safe to take?
We found no safety study of this liquid, so we cannot say. The label tells pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a known medical condition to consult a physician first. Ask a clinician or pharmacist before you start.
What side effects can Olivaro cause?
The label lists none. Single ingredients have their own cautions, such as caffeine effects on sleep and rare liver injury reports for gymnema and green tea extract (LiverTox, Gymnema) (LiverTox, green tea). Stop and get care for dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, belly pain, rash or swelling.
Can I take Olivaro with insulin or diabetes pills?
Ask your clinician or pharmacist first. Insulin, sulfonylureas and meglitinides can cause low blood sugar (NIDDK, Low blood glucose (hypoglycemia)), and NIH says chromium may add to insulin and metformin (NIH ODS, Chromium). Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement.
What are the signs of low blood sugar?
Shakiness, hunger, tiredness, dizziness, confusion or irritability, a fast heartbeat, headache or trouble seeing or speaking. For many people with diabetes, low means below 70 mg/dL. NIDDK says to take 15 to 20 grams of carbohydrate and recheck in 15 minutes (NIDDK, Low blood glucose (hypoglycemia)).
When is low blood sugar an emergency?
Confusion that worsens, fainting or a seizure is an emergency: call 911. Glucagon helps if someone has it and knows how to use it. Chest pain or trouble breathing also means 911. Do not wait to see whether it passes.
Does Olivaro affect the liver or blood pressure?
We found no study of the liquid. Gymnema and green tea extract have rare liver injury reports, and the label prints no gymnema amount. A licorice-derived compound is in the blend; glycyrrhizin can raise blood pressure and lower potassium (Deutch 2019, licorice and blood pressure). Ask about liver or heart conditions.
Is Olivaro dangerous for dogs?
Xylitol is, and it is on the label. FDA says xylitol triggers insulin release and low blood sugar in dogs within 10 to 60 minutes (FDA, Xylitol dangerous for dogs). Keep the bottle out of reach, and call a vet or animal poison control if a dog may have swallowed some.

How do I use a bottle of Olivaro?
The label says to shake well and take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and it does not print how many mL a dropper holds.
That gap decides how long a bottle lasts, so we give only one conditional figure: if one 1 mL serving a day, 30 servings is 30 days. For the rest, follow the bottle and your clinician. See how to use Olivaro.
How many droppers of Olivaro should I take?
The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily and not to exceed the recommended dose. It does not print the dropper volume, so we cannot convert droppers to mL. Ask a clinician, especially if you take medicine.
How much does a dropper hold?
The label does not say. The panel gives a 1 mL serving, but a dropper may hold more or less. Measure your own dropper against a marked syringe if you want a number, and we do not guess one.
How long does one bottle last?
We cannot say. If one 1 mL serving a day, 30 servings is 30 days. The label says 1 or 2 droppers, and the dropper volume is not printed, so we work out no day count for those doses.
What time of day should I take Olivaro?
The label gives no time of day. It says to shake well before each use and place it in the mouth and swallow. Because of the caffeine sources, ask a clinician about evening use if you have sleep trouble.
How should I store the bottle?
The label says to keep it away from heat, light and humidity, and to store it in a cool, dry place. Keep it out of the reach of children. Do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Can I take Olivaro every day?
The label says daily use at 1 or 2 droppers. We found no long-term study of this liquid. Keep a note of what you take and any changes, and tell your clinician and pharmacist about every supplement.
Orders
How do orders, refunds and returns work?
Orders go through the seller's checkout, where the total, shipping and money-back terms are printed.
This site lists the seller's pack prices and its guarantee, but no delivery time, because we have none. The order desk is the team that can look up an order. See pricing and the guarantee.
Is there an Olivaro listing outside the seller's checkout?
We know of no Amazon, Walmart, eBay or store listing. Use the order buttons on this site, which lead to the seller's checkout. A copy sold elsewhere may not be genuine or carry the money-back terms.
What does Olivaro cost?
The seller lists 2 bottles at $79 each ($158, plus shipping on that block), 3 at $69 each ($207) and 6 at $49 each ($294). Prices and terms can change, so confirm every total at the live checkout.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is shown at checkout. The papers list shipping only for the 2-bottle block, with no amount. We found no source for free shipping, a coupon or a delivery time, and we state none.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
The seller lists a 60-day money-back guarantee that, per the seller's checkout, applies after at least 30 days of use; read the live terms. Return postage is on the buyer.
How do I get a refund?
Call the order desk at +1 (855) 889-3137 with your order ID and get return instructions. Mail the bottles with tracking, with your full name, email and order ID inside. The seller lists refund timing as 3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for the card issuer to post it.
How do I cancel an order or reach someone?
Call +1 (855) 889-3137 or write to [email protected] with your order ID. We found no source that states a cancellation window. The website inbox cannot see orders. The contact page lists both desks.
Does the order include a subscription?
We found no subscription or renewal terms in the seller's papers, and we invent none. Read the checkout page before you pay, and keep your confirmation email.
This website
Who runs this website, and can I trust it?
This website belongs to Olivarodaily, a USA authorized Olivaro retailer, and it is not the manufacturer.
It earns money when readers order through its links. That is why we show the label first, say what we could not confirm and quote the front claims only as the label's own words. Our rules are on the editorial standards page.
Are there customer reviews on this site?
We publish none we cannot match to a real order, and no rating or review count appears here. The FTC bans fake and paid reviews (FTC fake reviews rule). Be wary of any site that shows stars without saying where they came from.
Who reviews the health information here?
The pages are written by the Olivaro label desk. A medical reviewer slot exists, and no reviewer is named yet, so we do not say any page is physician reviewed. A reviewer would check the label wording and the study summaries.
How does this website earn money?
It earns a commission when you order through its links to the seller's checkout. That is a conflict of interest, so we show weak spots as plainly as strengths.
How do I report an error?
Write to the website inbox at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. It handles pages, typos, privacy and press. For problems with an order, use the order desk.
