The short answer
What is the Olivaro supplement?
What is Olivaro? It is a dietary supplement sold as a liquid with a dropper, 30 mL (1 FL OZ) to a bottle.
The front of the bottle prints "Balanced Blood Sugar Advanced Support*", and a star leads to the FDA statement: these statements have not been evaluated, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The label calls it a dietary supplement. It is not a diabetes medicine. The label names Instituto Experience as the distributor (Olivaro label).
You take it by mouth. The printed directions are to shake well, take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, place in mouth and swallow.
The panel
What does the Olivaro label print?
The Supplement Facts panel has only two rows: chromium and a proprietary blend.
Tap a numbered droplet to read that part of the label.
- Serving size
Serving Size: 1 ml. Servings Per Container: 30. So one bottle is 30 servings of 1 mL.
- Chromium
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 0.7 mcg, 2% Daily Value.
- Proprietary Blend
200 mg, Daily Value not established. The † leads to the footnote.
- The 22 names
Maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus, capsicum, grapefruit, ginseng, raspberry ketones and nine amino-acid and related rows, in one paragraph. No amount is printed for any of them.
- Footnotes
"*Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet." and "† Daily Value not established."
- Other ingredients
Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, natural flavors.
- FDA statement
"*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
- Facility line
"This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility." Reported as a printed line only.
Reading the numbers
What do the Olivaro numbers add up to?
They add up to one small amount you can check and one large total you cannot break down.
| Row | Printed | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg, 2% DV | 0.7 / 35 = 2%; 35 mcg is the adult Daily Value |
| Proprietary Blend | 200 mg | 22 names share it; about 9.1 mg each only if equal (200 / 22), which the label does not say |
| Servings | 1 mL, 30 per bottle | If one serving a day, 30 days |
The rule for blends lets a maker declare the total weight and list ingredients in descending order of predominance, without individual amounts (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends). So the label cannot tell you whether any one ingredient is near the amount a study used. The name suggests olive, but the panel lists no olive ingredient.

Does Olivaro work?
We found no study that shows it does, because we found no study of Olivaro itself.
The studies that exist are about single ingredients, in other preparations and usually at far larger doses. Their results are mixed, so none of them is a result for this liquid. The American Diabetes Association's 2026 Standards of Care say herbs and micronutrients are not recommended for glycemic benefit (ADA 2026, Standards of Care, supplements).
Keep taking prescribed medicine. If you take insulin or diabetes pills, ask a clinician or pharmacist before adding any supplement, and never change a prescription because of one. Severe low blood sugar (confusion, fainting, seizure), chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.

FAQ
Olivaro questions people ask
Is Olivaro a pill or a liquid?
Olivaro is a liquid. It comes in a 30 mL bottle with a dropper, and the label says to place it in the mouth and swallow. It is not a capsule, a pill or a gummy, so searches for those forms do not describe it.
Who makes Olivaro?
The label says only "Distributed by: Instituto Experience" and does not name a manufacturer. This website belongs to a USA Authorized Olivaro Retailer, which sells it but did not make it.
Does Olivaro contain olive?
No olive ingredient appears on the Supplement Facts panel, even though the name suggests one. The panel lists chromium, a 22-ingredient blend and the other ingredients, none of which is olive leaf, fruit or extract.
