Short answer
What is stevia Reb A in a supplement?
Stevia Reb A is a sweet compound from the stevia plant, and Olivaro lists "Stevia Extract 97% (Reb A)" in its other ingredients, not in the 200 mg blend.
The same line also names glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. No amount is printed for any of them.
| Item | Where | Amount | Source we found |

| Stevia Extract 97% (Reb A) | Other ingredients | Not printed | One glucose review |
| Xylitol | Other ingredients | Not printed | Dog safety only |

Stevia and glucose
Does stevia change blood sugar?
In one review it did only at very large amounts, and the certainty was low.
A 2024 meta-analysis of 26 studies found a low-certainty fall in glucose only at 3,342 mg a day or more, and no effect on insulin or HbA1c (Zare 2024, stevia glucose meta). The whole Olivaro blend is 200 mg, and stevia sits outside the blend, so the label gives no way to compare. We found no source on stevia safety limits, so we state none.
Xylitol
Does xylitol affect blood sugar or digestion?
We found no source on either for people, so we make no claim about xylitol and blood sugar or about the stomach.
What we can report is a warning for pets: FDA says xylitol is toxic to dogs and can drop a dog's blood sugar within 10 to 60 minutes (FDA, Xylitol dangerous for dogs). Keep the bottle away from dogs and call a vet or animal poison control if a pet may have swallowed it.
The bottle front prints “Clean Ingredients*”, but the panel lists two preservatives, and "clean" has no stated meaning on the label.

FAQ
Olivaro questions people ask
Is Reb A the same as stevia?
Reb A is one compound taken from the stevia plant, and the Olivaro label lists it as Stevia Extract 97% (Reb A). The amount is not printed. We found no source on safety limits for it.
Is xylitol in the Olivaro blend?
No. Xylitol is in the other ingredients, not in the 200 mg blend of 22 names. No amount is printed, and it is toxic to dogs.
Does the label say anything about sugar?
The Supplement Facts panel has only a chromium row and the blend. We found no source on these sweeteners' effect on blood sugar in this liquid, so ask a pharmacist if you track glucose.
