The panel
Olivaro supplement facts: what every line of the panel means
The Olivaro supplement facts panel prints a serving size of 1 mL and 30 servings per container, chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg (2% of the Daily Value), and a proprietary blend of 200 mg with no Daily Value. The blend names 22 ingredients and prints no amount for any of them.

Line by line
What do the Olivaro supplement facts say?
The Olivaro supplement facts have a serving, a count and two rows. That is the whole panel.

| Line | Printed | Reading |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size | 1 ml | One dose is 1 mL |
| Servings per container | 30 | 30 mL bottle at 1 mL each |
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg, 2% DV | 0.7 mcg = 0.0007 mg; 0.7 / 35 = 2% |
| Proprietary Blend | 200 mg, DV † | 22 names, no individual amounts |
The marks
What do the star and dagger on the Olivaro panel mean?
The star points to the note that Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. The dagger means a Daily Value is not established.
The blend row carries the dagger, so its 200 mg has no percentage (FDA supplement labeling guide). The chromium row shows 2%, and 0.7 divided by 0.02 gives 35 mcg, the adult Daily Value, so the percentage checks out (NIH ODS, Chromium). The front-of-bottle star is a separate mark that leads to the FDA statement printed on the label.
The blend row
How much of each ingredient is in the Olivaro blend?
The label does not say. It prints one total, 200 mg, for 22 ingredients and no individual amounts.
If the 22 were equal, each would be about 9.1 mg (200 / 22), but the label does not say they are equal, so that figure is an illustration, not a fact. The most any one ingredient could hold is the whole 200 mg. US rules let a maker list a blend's total weight and its names without separate amounts (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends), which makes the blend unusable for judging a dose (Saldanha 2023, proprietary blends perspectives). No trial tested Olivaro.

How many days does a bottle of Olivaro last?
If you took one 1 mL serving a day, 30 servings would be 30 days. The label does not let us say more.
The directions say 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and the dropper volume is not printed, so droppers cannot be converted to mL. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and on insulin or diabetes pills, ask a clinician or pharmacist before any supplement. Severe low blood sugar (confusion, fainting, seizure), chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.
The other ingredients include xylitol, which is toxic to dogs. Call a vet or animal poison control if a dog may have swallowed some (FDA, Xylitol dangerous for dogs).
How long does a 30 mL bottle last?
The label says "Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily" and does not print how many mL a dropper holds. Leave the box empty and the planner assumes 1 mL (an assumption, marked as one); enter your own measurement for a real number. It is your measurement, not a label fact, and a dropper filled to a different mark holds a different amount.

Days per bottle = 30 mL / (droppers a day x mL per dropper). The label says "Do not exceed recommended dose": that line, not this tool, sets the limit (Olivaro label).

FAQ
Olivaro questions people ask
What is the serving size of Olivaro?
The serving size is 1 mL, and the bottle holds 30 servings. The directions say to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and the label does not print how many mL a dropper holds, so the two cannot be matched.
Does Olivaro list sugar or calories on the panel?
The panel has only two rows, chromium and the proprietary blend. It lists no calories, sugar or carbohydrate rows. The other ingredients include stevia extract and xylitol, and the label prints no amount for either.
Why is there no percent Daily Value for the Olivaro blend?
The dagger beside the blend row means a Daily Value is not established. Only chromium has one, 2%, because a Daily Value of 35 mcg exists for it. The 200 mg blend total has no percentage.
