Side effects

Olivaro side effects: what no trial shows and what to watch for

Quick answer

Olivaro side effects have not been studied: no trial tested the liquid, so we cannot list its real rate of problems. Sources do report effects for some ingredients, such as caffeine, a licorice compound's effect on blood pressure, and rare liver cases. Stop and get care for the warning signs below.

What is known

What are the side effects of Olivaro?

No one knows the rate of Olivaro side effects, because we found no study of the liquid or of this 22-ingredient blend.

The label says people with a known medical condition, pregnant or nursing mothers and anyone under 18 should consult a physician (Olivaro label). It names no specific side effects. Anything below comes from sources about single ingredients, usually at doses that differ from this label, and none says Olivaro caused it. The FDA also says supplements can carry risks (FDA 101 supplements).

By ingredient

Which Olivaro ingredients have documented side effects?

Several do, and the label prints no amount for any blend ingredient, so we cannot say how likely they are here.

With medicines

Can Olivaro cause low blood sugar with diabetes medicine?

We found no study that says so, but insulin, sulfonylureas and meglitinides can cause low blood sugar on their own, and a supplement may add to that.

NIDDK lists the signs: shaky or jittery, hunger, tiredness, dizziness, confusion or irritability, a fast or irregular heartbeat, headache, and trouble seeing or speaking (NIDDK, Low blood glucose (hypoglycemia)). NIDDK says to eat or drink 15 to 20 grams of carbohydrate and recheck after 15 minutes. Ask your clinician or pharmacist before adding any supplement, and never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of one.

FAQ

Olivaro questions people ask

Does Olivaro cause jitters or trouble sleeping?

It may, for some people, because guarana and green tea are caffeine sources and the label prints no caffeine amount. We found no trial of the liquid. If you are sensitive to caffeine or have anxiety, ask a clinician first.

Can Olivaro raise blood pressure?

We found no study of the liquid. A review links glycyrrhizin to higher blood pressure, and the blend lists a licorice-derived compound with no amount. Ask a clinician if you have high blood pressure or take blood pressure medicine.

How do I report a bad reaction?

Stop using it, get medical care for any serious sign, and report the problem to the FDA, which explains how on its reporting page. Keep the bottle and your order ID.
