1. Suggested use

   "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow." The label does not print how many mL a dropper holds, so it cannot be turned into mL; the dropper planner uses your own measurement.

   "Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness." and "Store in a cool, dry place."

3. Caution

   "Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement."

   A small flag printed above the name. We make no claim from it; the printed origin line is the one beside the left panel.

8. The name

   OLIVARO in navy serif letters. The name suggests olive, but the Supplement Facts panel lists no olive ingredient.

   The front line, with a star that leads to the FDA statement. We quote it only to test it against the evidence; this site does not make the claim.

10. “Fasting Blood Sugar Health Support*”

    The first of three icon claims (a droplet icon). The star leads to the FDA statement. No study tested this liquid.

11. “Clean Ingredients*”

    The second icon claim (a leaf icon). "Clean" has no set meaning on a supplement label; we test it on the claims page.

    The third icon claim (a scales icon). The label does not say what the system is.
