Are the Olivaro ingredients studied?
Some are studied one at a time, but no trial tested Olivaro or this combination.
In a meta-analysis of 10 trials with 509 people who had type 2 diabetes, chromium lowered HbA1c but not fasting glucose (Zhao 2022, chromium type 2 diabetes meta).
