Formula amounts
Olivaro formula: the amounts printed, and the ones that are not
The Olivaro formula prints two amounts: chromium at 0.7 mcg (2% of the Daily Value) and a Proprietary Blend of 200 mg. That blend lists 22 ingredients and gives no amount for any of them. Anything more precise, such as 9.1 mg each, is arithmetic, not a label fact.

Short answer
What is in the Olivaro formula?
The Olivaro formula is one mineral row, one blend row and a list of other ingredients, all in a 1 mL serving.
The bottle holds 30 mL, which at 1 mL a serving is 30 servings (Olivaro label). The panel breaks down like this.
| Row | Amount | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg | 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value (0.7 / 35) |
| Proprietary Blend | 200 mg | 22 ingredients; Daily Value not established |
| Each blend ingredient | Not printed | Only the 200 mg total |
| Other ingredients | No amounts | Glycerin, water, lemon extract, stevia, xylitol and more |
Blend arithmetic
How much of each ingredient is in the Olivaro formula?
No one can say, because the label prints 200 mg for all 22 and no amount for any one.
The most any single ingredient could hold is the whole 200 mg. If the 22 were equal, each would be about 9.1 mg (200 / 22), but the label does not say they are equal.
22 ingredients, 200 mgPick a position in the label order to see two readings side by side. The tiles are all the same size on purpose: the label prints no amount for any ingredient.
- If split equally
- 200 / 22 = 9.1 mg each
- Label order
- Listed first
- Printed amount
- None
An equal split is arithmetic, not a finding. 200 / 22 = 9.1 mg is what each would hold only if all 22 were equal, and the label does not say they are. The label order is descending by weight (FDA rule (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends)): the first listed is the largest and the last listed the smallest. The actual amounts are not printed.
Label order
Does the order of the 22 ingredients tell you the amounts?
It hints at rank, but it gives no amounts and we did not verify it.
The rule that FDA applies to blends says a maker declares the total weight and lists ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends). Read that way, the first name, maca, would be the largest and the last, L-carnitine, the smallest. A reviewer of blend labels notes that names and total weight are declared but not individual amounts, which leaves the blend unusable for judging a dose (Saldanha 2023, proprietary blends perspectives). We found no source for several rows, including L-tryptophan, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-ornithine and GABA.

Is there olive in the Olivaro formula?
No olive ingredient is listed. The name suggests olive, but the panel names no olive leaf, fruit or extract.
The label also lists "Clean Ingredients*" as a front claim. Clean has no stated meaning on the label, and the other ingredients include xylitol, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. Xylitol is toxic to dogs (FDA, Xylitol dangerous for dogs): keep the bottle away from pets, and call a vet or animal poison control if a dog may have swallowed some.
Check with a clinician or pharmacist if you take diabetes medicine, and never change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. Severe low blood sugar (confusion, fainting, seizure), chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.

Olivaro questions people ask
What are the Olivaro formula amounts?
Chromium is 0.7 mcg, 2% of the Daily Value. The Proprietary Blend is 200 mg for 22 ingredients, with no individual amounts. The panel also prints a 1 mL serving and 30 servings.
Does Olivaro contain olive leaf extract?
No olive ingredient is listed on the Supplement Facts panel. We make no olive claim, and the name is not an ingredient list.
Why is the chromium amount so small?
The label prints 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value. Studies of chromium report other preparations, and the label does not match them.
