Olivaro dosage: what the label says and what it leaves out
The Olivaro dosage printed on the bottle is 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and it says not to exceed the recommended dose. The Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size of 1 mL and 30 servings. The dropper volume is not printed, so droppers cannot be converted to mL.

What is the Olivaro dosage?
The Olivaro dosage on the bottle is "Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily", after shaking well, followed by "Do not exceed recommended dose" (Olivaro label).
That is the whole instruction. It gives no time of day, no split dose and no advice for different body sizes. The label says that pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a known medical condition should consult a physician first.
The label does not say who should choose 1 dropper and who should choose 2. We found no source that does, and no study tested Olivaro.

What is the Olivaro serving size?
The serving size is 1 mL, and a 30 mL bottle holds 30 servings.
The panel lists two rows for each 1 mL: chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, and a proprietary blend of 200 mg for 22 ingredients with no individual amounts. The chromium row is 2% of the Daily Value, and 0.7 / 35 gives that 2%.

The missing number
Why can't droppers be converted to mL?
Because the label never says how much liquid one dropper holds.
The panel counts in 1 mL servings, while the directions count in droppers. Without the dropper volume, the two cannot be joined. If one 1 mL serving a day, 30 servings is 30 days. If two droppers a day hold more than 1 mL, a bottle lasts fewer days, and we cannot say how many. Try the planner with your own measured amount.
How long does a 30 mL bottle last?
The label says "Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily" and does not print how many mL a dropper holds. Leave the box empty and the planner assumes 1 mL (an assumption, marked as one); enter your own measurement for a real number. Should you take 2 droppers, or ask first?
Ask first if you take any medicine, and start with the label rather than adding more.
Two droppers doubles whatever one holds, including the caffeine sources and licorice-derived compound in the blend, with no amounts printed. NIDDK lists insulin, sulfonylureas and meglitinides as causes of low blood sugar (NIDDK, Low blood glucose (hypoglycemia)), and NIH says chromium may add to insulin and metformin (NIH ODS, Chromium).
