Daily amount
How many Olivaro a day? One or two droppers, per the label
How many Olivaro a day? The label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily and not to exceed the recommended dose. The serving size is 1 mL with 30 servings per bottle. Because the dropper volume is not printed, we cannot say how many days a bottle lasts at 2 droppers.

The count
How many Olivaro droppers should you take a day?
One or two droppers full a day is the range the bottle prints; anything above two is over the printed dose.
The directions read "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily." A caution line adds "Do not exceed recommended dose" (Olivaro label). The label does not say what decides between one and two, and it does not name a time. We found no study that tested either amount of Olivaro.
A sensible way to read it: the lower end is the printed minimum, and the upper end is a ceiling, not a target.
One versus two
What changes between 1 dropper and 2 droppers?
Everything you swallow scales with the dropper count, and so does the rate at which a bottle empties.
The blend's 200 mg is printed per 1 mL serving, and no ingredient has its own amount. Taking two droppers means more of every ingredient, including the two caffeine sources, guarana and green tea, which carry no printed caffeine figure. For comparison, FDA gives 400 mg a day as a level most healthy adults can handle, and notes that supplements add to total caffeine (FDA, Spilling the Beans caffeine). The bottle holds no stated caffeine amount to set against that.

Why does the bottle last a different time at 2 droppers?
A bottle empties faster as you take more, and the label does not give the dropper volume that would let us put a number on it.
The panel counts 30 servings of 1 mL. Only if your daily amount is one 1 mL serving would 30 servings be 30 days. Measure what your own dropper holds, using a clean syringe or measuring spoon if you have one, and enter it in the planner. It is your assumption, not a label fact.
How long does a 30 mL bottle last?
The label says "Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily" and does not print how many mL a dropper holds. Leave the box empty and the planner assumes 1 mL (an assumption, marked as one); enter your own measurement for a real number. It is your measurement, not a label fact, and a dropper filled to a different mark holds a different amount.

Days per bottle = 30 mL / (droppers a day x mL per dropper). The label says "Do not exceed recommended dose": that line, not this tool, sets the limit (Olivaro label).

Who should ask a clinician before choosing a daily amount?
Anyone on a medicine, with a medical condition, pregnant, nursing or under 18 should ask before taking any amount.
The label says exactly that about physicians. Ask your clinician or pharmacist if you use insulin, sulfonylureas or meglitinides, which NIDDK names as causes of low blood sugar (NIDDK, Low blood glucose (hypoglycemia)); if you take blood pressure, blood thinner or heart-rhythm medicines; or if you have liver disease. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement.
Keep taking prescribed medicine. Confusion, fainting or a seizure, chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.

FAQ
Olivaro questions people ask
Is 2 droppers a day better than 1?
We found no source that says so. The label allows 1 or 2 droppers full daily and does not say which suits anyone. No trial tested Olivaro at either amount, so two droppers simply means more of everything in the blend.
What if I forget a day?
The label gives no instruction for a missed day. Do not double up to catch up, since the label says not to exceed the recommended dose. Ask your pharmacist if you are unsure.
Can children take Olivaro?
The label says children under 18 should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. It prints no children's amount. Keep the bottle out of reach of children.
